Residents and peace actors in Isiolo North and Samburu East Sub-Counties have begun talks to end perennial conflicts in the region. Samburu East Deputy County Commissioner Pius Murugu at the same time warned the youth against causing animosity within the community.The conflict has seen at least 22 people dead , seven injured, and over 600 heads of livestock stolen along the Isiolo/Samburu common border.
