Maths, English and Kiswahili were her best subjects.
Her father, Vincent Omeddo, is a surgeon, while her mother, Deborah Omeddo, is a paediatrician. They both work at the Kisii Teaching and Referral Hospital.
Gloria Ogochi, who sat her exams at Imperial Academy and scored 435 marks, hopes to join Alliance Girls High School and later pursue medicine at university.
“We had the best learning environment that enabled us to achieve the best result,” she said.
At Set Green Hill Academy, Felistus Mecheo scored 430 marks.
