Two people have died while three others have sustained minor injuries after a two storey building collapsed at Membley area of Ruiru in Kiambu County. The casualties are reported to have been pilfering building materials from the building that had been partially demolished by the Kenya National and Highways authority to pave way for the expansion of the Eastern By-Pass.
