Police officers in Kirinyaga County yesterday arrested 15 students who were found drunk at a rental house in Gichugu area.
According to the area Police Boss, Antony Mbogo, the police officers found a carton containing six bottles of Ice vodka, four of which were empty, some condoms and gambling cards.
The items will be used as exhibits in the court. Among the students were three female students who were also arrested in a room at Mucangara Trading Centre.
He also added that the students are from various secondary schools who were suppose to report to school on Monday.
The students are being held at Kianyaga Police Station and will be arraigned in Gichugu Law Courts later today.
