Job Summary
Our client is an online market place targeting sellers and buyers to interact on the platform. They are based in Kitengela town and looking to hire a team of 50 young and energetic Sales and Marketing executives.
Responsibilities
- Registering sellers on the platform
- Meeting and exceeding set sales targets
- Field sales and marketing
- Online marketing
- Generating leads
- Demonstrating the platform to both sellers and buyers
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective customers
- Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Ensuring all payment is done online
- Visiting customers and potential customers to evaluate needs
- Maintaining customer’s
- Answering customer’s questions about the platform and how it works
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to the team leader
Qualifications
- Form four and above
- Good communication skills
- Ability to make a sale
- Passion for sales and marketing
- Persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communication skills
- Highly-driven and self-motivated
- The team will be trained
- Must possess a smart phone or a laptop
