Lady manager accuses city tycoon Rebman Malala for sexual harassment – Weekly Citizen

A lady who was recently sacked at a popular Oasis Bar and Restaurant located along upmarket Karen plains road, is accusing city tycoon Rebman Ambalo Malala for wrongful dismissal.

The Luo lady in her demand letter threatens to sue Malala on grounds, the tycoon demanded sex exploits from her but refused on ground, she was pregnant.

According to a demand letter seen by Weekly Citizen online edition, Malala is the proprietor of the restaurant and a director with Ujenzi consultants.

Ujenzi was involved in the multi-million construction of NHIF plaza.

In a civil case suit No. 129 of 2007, Malala was sued by his partner at Ujenzi Mathias Nasubo Ogana after Ogana demanded sh78 million as compensation after retiring from business partnership.

In court papers, NHIF was to pay Ujenzi sh 113 million part of which Ogana demanded.

It’s part of the NHIF and other state parastatals proceed that Malala used to buy the current property housing the social joint.

Among thiose who patronize the joint are who is who in Kenya according to the lady.

They include politicians Raila Odinga (ODM), Musalia Mudavadi (ANC), Moses Wetangula (Ford K), businessmen and judges.

According to the lady, Malala sacked her without notice and has refused to pay for her pending salary, allowances.

To complicate matters, she wants a six month salary for wrongful dismissal.

Now fearing for her life, she accuses Malala for using his lady side chick from Bungoma county he has been keeping to threaten her.

Malala has also been embroiled in a case of Sh4.7 billion claim against the National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF) for a dubious referral hospital project in Karen.
