‘It’s been hell…’ Mulamwah speaks out for the first time after quiting comedy

David Oyando aka Kendrick Mulamwah or simply comedian Mulamwah has spoken out after revealing that he wants to quit comedy.

The comedian went viral after sharing a video showing that he was burning his signature shirt as a sign of getting out of the comedy industry.

Speaking in a video uploaded on his Youtube channel. Mulamwah said that his immediate family was being affected by online trolls

The past three days has been hell to my life and even the past two weeks. Its been hard. Everytime I produce content people attack me from every angle and even how I dress. It got to me.

Two months ago, my girlfriend Carole Sonnie had a miscarriage, we were expecting out first baby. It was a bad moment and I could get from the hospital and go to to make people laugh.

She came out strong and encouraged me to continue doing comedy.

He went on to say that he tried getting himself together.

The other day, I was in Kitale and I opened social media and found that I was trending.

My family was seeing that stuff. My immediate circle was being hurt and I thought of getting out of comedy.

The comedian now says that he is undecided on whether he should continue with comedy or quit. He came out to speak about the issue after his fellow celebrities and fans asked him to ignore trolls.

He also admitted that he indeed has depression.
