Raila Is A Dictator, Says Activist Bonface Mwangi

The activist alleges that Raila has been using his ODM party to perpetuate dictatorship in Kenya’s political scene and ensures that the party is only friendly to ‘Yes Men’ sycophants.

Through a facebook post, the activist bashed the dictatorial tendencies of the ODM party boss and wondered loud why people still choose to follow Raila who hides behind a liberator tag yet he is a serial dictator.

Mwangi posted,

“You can’t be a member of the ODM party and be open-minded. Raila Odinga fought for democracy but he is a dictator in his own party. He once organised goons (men-in-black) to disrupt his party conference and forestall a coup to overthrow him. ODM strongholds only elect “Raila yes men and women.”

Even the intellectuals in ODM party cannot criticise Raila even when he is wrong. Raila is their god, he can’t be questioned or challenged. If Raila calls for mass suicide tomorrow, some of his loyal supporters will go ahead and kill themselves. Blind, stupid followers!

‪Hakuna difference ya followers wa Uhuruto, Ng’ang’a, Kanyiaru, Owour na Raila. Wako in the same boat! Ni makosa kutumia akili ukiwa mfuasi wa hao wasee.”

His post comes hours after the ODM leader met Narok Senator Ledama Ole Kina and reolved a stiff difference that had threatened to tear apart the party.

The Narok Senator has gone against the party’s wishes to have himself elected to a Senate House position, a move that ODM moved strongly against.

The stiff was resolved after the Narok Senator met the ODM leader and agreed to withdraw his case against the party.

However, many Kenyans have not taken kindly to Mr Mwangi’s post and taken issue with his motives, reading his post as a political attack to the former Premier.
