Katoto hodari! Check out photos of all grown Machachari star Joy Ohon

Joy Ohon, the pretty little girl who played the role of Almasi’s sister in the popular kids show Machachari a few years ago, is all grown.

The 18-year-old teenager quit Machachari when she was still young and has been working on her own brand.

Joy is the daughter to Donald Ohon and gospel artiste Rosy Ohon. The couple celebrated their 19th anniversary in February and have four daughters.

Machachari was scrapped off from Citizen TV late in 2019 after the characters outgrew the show.

Speaking in a previous interview with Mpasho.co.ke, Royal Media Services production manager Stanley Ngige said,

THE STORY CAME TO AN END. IT DIDN’T EVOLVE TO REMAIN RELEVANT TO THE TARGET AUDIENCE, AND THE BEST WE COULD DO IS DEVELOP THE STORY TO COME TO AN END SO THAT WE CAN START A NEW SHOW (‘JOHARI’) FOR THE SAME TARGET AUDIENCE.
