Joy has finally come in the morning as former K24 journalist Nancy Onyancha bagged another job after getting fired.

The journalist who lost her job together with her husband Job Mwaura happily announced that she bounced back and found a spot at Switch TV.

The beauty who was fired on the night of June 24, 2020, posted an icon of her new home as she greeted her fans with joy in her heart.

The post which was shared both on Facebook and Instagram had people fighting back their tears as they reminded the presenter that God’s timing is always the best.

Nancy’s followers piled her with praise and sent in hundreds of congratulatory messages on social media.

The scribe’s win was like a community’s achievement since her people always rooted for her and hoped that tough times would not last for her.

Of course her husband Job was among the first to express just how proud he was of his hardworking and determined wife.

“Go shine girl,” Job wrote and attached two clapping emojis.

Nancy and her spouse were among 100 Mediamax employees who were shown the door during a mass layoff at the Kenyatta-family owned media house.

The Swahili anchors announced their exit on social media as they hoped to venture into their next big assignment.

“On to the next assignment. K24 TV. it has been seven years of greatness,” a hopeful Job wrote.

Days later, they unveiled their new media company named Sauti Tajika.
