The late Keroche Heiress Tecra Muigai’s boyfriend Omar Lali has been charged with murder in a Lamu Court on Monday 13 July.
Tecra’s boyfriend was charged following the death of Keroche Heiress in May after claims that she was pushed leading to her untimely death.
Tecra was found unconscious at a private house in Shella, Lamu Island where she was staying with her boyfriend before bring rushed to Nairobi Hospital medical treatment.
Lali was charged be Lamu law courts principal magistrate Allan Temba after the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) reviewed phone records, detailed post mortem reports and toxicological evidence.
Keroche family lawyers led by the Siaya County Senator James asked Lali to be arraigned in court to take plea.
