African Union High Representative for Infrastructure Raila Odinga has written an emotional leeter to South African President Cyrill Ramaphosa, just a day after he arrived home from Dubai. In his letter, Odinga condoles with the South African country on the passing of Zidzi Mandela.
”Zindzi Mandela was born to fight right from year one for the simple but important things many often take for granted: freedom, justice, honor, duty, hope; thrust into the struggles of Madiba and Winnie against Apartheid, she didn’t wait. I salute her,” the ODM leader said on the Nelson Mandela offspring.

Daughter to Mandela and Winnie Madikizela-Mandela, Zindzi was South Africa’s ambassador to Denmark at the time of her death.
“Ambassador Mandela passed away in the early hours of today, 13 July 2020, in a Johannesburg hospital,” Ramaphosa said in a statement.The cause of her death was not immediately revealed.
