Mercy Masika reveals why she never wanted kids after getting married

Mercy Masika has said she never wanted to have kids after an aunt painted a gory photo of how painful childbirth is.

Her aunt had advised her and painted a negative picture of childbirth and made it look so painful and horrible.

She might have meant well but it worked against what she had intended as it got Mercy scared.

Speaking during an interview with Picha Clear Films Mercy added,

During my first pregnancy, I was induced as I was in labor the whole night.
I was so scared as I was waiting for pain like what I see in movies but that did not happen.

That is why I never wanted children because in my head I was like ‘’uui watakurarua?’

As a child you think, giving birth is such drama?

I did not know how I gave birth.

I only had some diarrhea and some vomiting.

Mercy added that she had prayed to God to give her a good child with light skin and God answered her prayers.
