Kenyan rapper-cum-TV presenter Kush Tracey was on Saturday, 24th July, rewarded for her efforts in helping the needy. A week after the musician was spotted donating diapers to the less fortunate, Huggies company gifted her Kush Tracy Foundation with a lorry-load of 260 cartons of diapers. 

Taking to her social media platforms, the Switch TV presenter thanked the company for the overwhelming support. She added that the unexpected kind gesture had now made her even have a stronger belief that she serves a living God.

“Exactly one week ago, on a Saturday like this, I was at a supermarket coincidentally buying @huggieskenya diapers for the @kushtracy_initiative. Today, they’ve sent me a lorry with 260 cartons of diapers that are an estimated 20,000 Huggies diapers. As support to @kushtracyinitiative. TRULY I SERVE A TRUE & FAITHFUL LIVING GOD,” she wrote.

In 2020, the switch TV presenter started a non-governmental organisation, which assists the needy. She is among the few public figures who will be remembered for giving back to the society.

Comedian and media personality Jalang’o, real name, Felix Odiwuor, is also known for nurturing and supporting young talents. He also has Jalang’o Foundation that helps the needy, too. The latest beneficiary is Harun Gitari (below), who has been sponsored to medical treatment in India.
