Gunshots ring as chaotic scenes unfold in Langata after motorist killed a bodaboda driver and passenger

There was chaos in Lang’ata estate, Nairobi on Monday night after a motorist hit and killed a boda boda rider and his passenger.

The accident happened near the mall housing Cleanshelf Supermarket.

This led to chaos and a confrontation between boda boda riders and the police.

Lang’ata residents near the area reported hearing gunshots.

Police say they have contained the situation and arrested the saloon car driver responsible for the accident. Watch:
