The award-winning actress celebrated her 33rd birthday at the weekend.

“I protect my space, which keeps me sane, in a world that can make someone feel like they’re not doing enough,” she added.

The former TV show host encouraged her fans to adopt a similar lifestyle.

“I hope you’re protecting your space, keeping your mental energy on the level and I hope you know you’re enough and are doing enough!!” she advised.

Sarah is happily married with one son.
