President Uhuru Kenyatta is now a proud grandfather of three children after his daughter, Ngina welcomed a newborn.

Ngina delivered her baby at a private city hospital in Nairobi on Thursday, September 16, according to sources.

The sources revealed that First Lady Margaret Kenyatta was spotted at the facility on the day the new member of the Kenyatta Family arrived.

President Kenyatta reportedly visited mum and child yesterday, September 17.

On Saturday, September 18, former First Lady Mama Ngina Kenyatta, went to see her great-grandchild.

What now remains to be known is the gender of the baby.

Ngina’s pregnancy has been a highly-guarded secret, as no photo of her baby bump has surfaced online.

The father of the child remains anonymous, at least to members of the public.

However, rumours have it has Ngina is already engaged to the son of a popular city billionaire whom we will not mention.

The President has two other grandchildren from his firstborn son and his wife Fiona Achola.

Jomo and the Head of State’s daughter-in-law welcomed their firstborn in November 2017. The baby, a girl, was named after her grandmother, the current First Lady.

In May 2020, the couple was blessed with it’s a baby boy and named his Uhuru after his grandfather.

Asked how he felt for being a granddad for the second time, the President said, “I am very excited”.

The two wedded in April 2018 in a private ceremony in what can only be described as the Kenyan version of the UK royal wedding.

Only invited persons attended the wedding held at State House, Nairobi. Guests were not allowed to have any gadget that could take pictures or videos, which explains why Kenyans are yet to have a glimpse of how it went down.
