NAIROBI, Kenya Nov 16 – Vivo Energy Kenya (VEK) has officially opened its 250th Shell service Station – Shell Kamakis service station located on the Eastern Bypass and unveiled a national consumer promotion to reward and appreciate consumers

The three-month nationwide customer campaign for all shell customers would see them stand a chance to win a three-bedroomed house and an Isuzu NMR Truck.

The Promotion service dubbed ‘Jaza Raha Na Shell, Shinda Nyumba,’ would require customers to purchase any Shell Fuels or Shell Lubricants at any shell outlet in the country and receive a scratch card that could contain the winning code.

Speaking during the launch of their 250th Shell service Station, Vivo Energy Executive Vice-President East, and South Regions, Hans Paulsen said the promotion was meant to give back to motorists who had been having a hard time during the pandemic period.

“This year has not been easy for the Kenyan motorists and through this campaign, we want to put a smile on their faces as we wind down the year. We want to give them a head start getting into the festive spirit by appreciating and rewarding them with prizes that will boost their economic livelihoods,” Paulsen said.

He added that in order to be eligible for the prizes, motorists would need to spend a minimum of Sh300, while motor vehicle drivers will be required to spend a minimum of Sh 1000.

Additionally, he revealed that the new shell service station, established on the Eastern Bypass had a capacity to pump 450,000 liters of fuel per month.

“As we launch this campaign and open our 250th service station we would like to let all our customers know we appreciate them and are here to journey with them through all the seasons,” he said

The new shell Kamakis would contain restaurants and banking facilities that would provide consumers with an all-encompassing stop for all their needs.
