Atwoli Vows to Circumcize Malala Afresh if He Disrupts Raila’s Get-Together

Cotu Secretary-General Francis Atwoli has dared Kakamega Senator Cleophas Malala to make good his threat of scuttling a planned meeting later this week.

The trade unionist is the mastermind of a mega rally at Bukhugu Stadium in Kakamega on Friday, December 31.

Atwoli is expected to endorse ODM leader Raila Odinga’s presidential bid on behalf of the Mulembe Nation.

It is against this backdrop that Malala has threatened to disrupt the meeting.

The senator said he will go out of his way to ensure that the meeting that does not happen.

Describing Atwoli as a “notorious political broker”, Malala said he has “nullified” the rally because the workers’ activist did not consult local leaders.

“Musalia Mudavadi (ANC leader) has told me that Atwoli has no permission to host a meeting at Bukhungu Stadium. I, therefore, declare that the rally is nullified,” the senator said.

However, Atwoli warned Malala of dire consequences if he dares to disrupt the meeting.

“If he was circumcised once, we will do it again to him. Atwoli is not someone to joke with,” he said.

The Cotu boss also assured those planning to attend the event dubbed Azimio la Magharibi that their security is guaranteed.

“I will ensure that there will be maximum security at Bukhungu and anyone who will try to bring dramas will have themselves to blame,” he said.

The veteran workers’ boss added that Malala is a political toddler and will teach him a lesson.

“I helped this boy become a senator and now he disrespecting me. If he continues playing with me, I will curse him. We know he is being pushed by Deputy President William Ruto to divide the Luhya people.”
