The government has taken the enhanced mass voter registration exercise to tertiary institutions to enlist some some 1.5 million youth. Speaking at the Mabera vocational training college in Migori county, ICT Cabinet Secretary Joe Mucheru said Kenya’s young generation ought to take advantage of the exercise and make their voices count at the ballot.
