Deputy President William Ruto has taken issue with attempts to amend the election law saying it will erode credibility and compromise the August 9th general election. In his twitter handle the Deputy President said the move is akin to an assault to the constitution. His sentiments were echoed by a section of leaders allied to the Kenya Kwanza Movement led by Amani National Congress Leader Musalia Mudavadi who took their campaign to Kajiado.
