Deputy president William Ruto and Amani National Congress leader Musalia Mudavadi have dismissed the newly unveiled Democratic Action Party of Kenya terming it an Orange Democratic Movement Party splinter aimed at splitting the Western Kenya vote. Speaking during the Kenya Kwanza Alliance campaigns in Bungoma and Trans Nzoia Counties Ruto and Mudavadi blamed a section of leaders from the region oftrying to control the political narrative in Western Kenya using the new outfit.
