Fresh controversy as Omondi denies he has a son – Nairobi News

Eric Omondi has, again, stirred controversy by suggesting he neither has a wife nor a kid.

The comedian made the comment in an interview with Tanzania’s Wasafi Media.

He is in Tanzania for a series of shows.

“I tried to get a wife from my Wife Material show but failed. I don’t have a wife, neither do I have kids,” said Omondi.

These comments will likely place the comedian in loggerheads with TV girl Jackie Maribe as the two are known to have a son.

Omondi’s suggestion comes three months after he denied being the father of Maribe’s son.

The denial came days after she had suggested he is a deadbeat dad.

Omondi conceded to having an affair with Maribe but stressed she’d consistently ducked efforts for a DNA test to ascertain the paternity of the boy.
