Chief Justice Martha Koome has directed that all pending hate speech cases be concluded within the next four months. Speaking in Eldoret during the inauguration of a new court complex the Chief Justice asked heads of stations to identify all pending hate speech cases in their jurisdictions and have them dealt with conclusively within the given timelines.
