One Kenya Alliance-OKA has for the second time in a week postponed the signing of coalition agreement ahead of the August 9 polls after its leaders sought more time to address what they termed as ‘raised legal issues’ on the agreement. NARC- Kenya leader Martha Karua said OKA is still committed to its unity and will now give a new date when the four principals will sign the agreement.
