This is the first ever Women SME Leaders Awards and is a celebration of women business leaders across the Middle East and Africa. The awards recognise and further empower women-owned businesses and run SMEs across the region. They highlight the individuals and enterprises that are shaping the future of this dynamic region.
Carole Kinoti is a creative in the fashion industry with over 19 years experience. Her passion and creativity has led her to develop not only a high end known brand but also a series of initiatives in a bid to transform the Kenyan fashion industry into a more accessible, sustainable and ethical industry. Carole is also a humanitarian who aims to make a difference in the lives of the vulnerable through the power of partnerships.
Carole Kinoti’s brands include the self named Carole Kinoti, Fashion on The Road (FoTR Kenya) and The Mavazi Elevate Program (MEP). She is also the Chairperson of People on the Move.
