Riara University Offers Affordable Courses for KCSE Candidates; How to Apply

Riara University is currently running its May 2022 intake for all 2021 and 2022 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) candidates. 

Those who finished prior and have been pursuing short courses are also eligible to join and apply for the courses mentioned herein. 

Riara University was born out of a sincere desire to provide a holistic approach to higher education.

It is a logical continuation of the institution’s commitment, dating back to 1974, to ensure the education and development of the whole child, learner and person.

Admission Requirements 

Mean grade of C+ (plus) and above in KCSE or its equivalent with a B plain in English or Kiswahili, or KACE (or equivalent) with a minimum of three principal passes.

Or be holders of a degree from a recognised university, or be holders of a Diploma in Law from an institution accredited by the Council of Legal Education with an average grade of B; or GCE (A-Level) with a minimum of three principals.

SCHOOL OF INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS & DIPLOMACY

Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Diplomacy

A minimum of C plus (C+) at KCSE or be a holder of Diploma in International Relations and Diplomacy of Riara University with a GPA of 2.00 (C) or equivalent qualification from an institution recognised by CUE.

Diploma in International Relations and Diplomacy 

A minimum of C plain at KCSE or equivalent with a C or above in English and C in any Science or its equivalent.
