Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Presidential nominee Raila Odinga now says his government will revive the implementation of housing levy that was proposed by President Uhuru Kenyatta’s administration but opposed by the Central Organization of Trade Unions. Raila says the levy will be crucial in his bid to initiate massive infrastructural development in urban settlements across the country to avert a housing crisis occasioned by the rural-urban migration.
