This year’s edition will be marked as a remarkable event bearing in mind it will be the last event for the jubilee government ahead of the August 9th General elections. Today, the national Committee led by Interior PS Karanja Kibicho was in an Inspection tour of the venue. While supervising the ongoing construction works of the memorial park which was commissioned to honour Kenyan heroes who fought for the Independence of the country, Kibicho said he is satisfied with the progress made so far.
