Chief Justice Martha Koome has picked a three judge bench to hear petitions challenging the validity of candidates with pending integrity cases. The bench comprising Justice David Majanja as the presiding judge, justice Chacha Mwita and Justice Mugure Thande will hear and determine eight consolidated cases.
