Spokesperson Raila Odinga’s Presidential secretariat Prof Makau Mutua said, “Our campaign is aware that Kenyans are anxious to know the Azimio La Umoja-One Kenya coalition Presidential ticket. We shall make the announcement tommorrow (16th May).” Raila was widely expected to unveil his running mate during the Azimio La Umoja rally in Kamukunji grounds Sunday afternoon. And while the rally will proceed as planned, Raila will have to wait a little bit longer with the deadline to announce set to lapse tomorrow 16th May. A running mate selection panel conducted interviews last week and forwarded three names to Raila for consideration. The battle for the running mate is now between Narc Kenya Party Leader Martha Karua, former MP Peter Kenneth and Wiper Party Leader Kalonzo Musyoka.
