Civil aviation authority warns against illegal use of drones

The Kenya Civil Aviation Authority has warned that it is illegal to operate an unregistered drone in the country. The authority which is anticipating an increase in aviation activities especially drones, helicopter and light-aircraft operations during the electioneering period, is calling for registration of all aircrafts to allow safe monitoring of the air transport corridors.
