Court Orders Diana Marua to Delete Video Accusing Willy Paul of Rape

A Nairobi court has ordered content creator Diana Marua to pull down the video uploaded on her YouTube channel, in which she accuses musician Willy Paul of attempted rape.

According to the court documents seen by Litkenya, the court further warned those circulating the video, saying that an interim injunctive order has been issued against the spread of the video, which has shamed the complainant.

“Milimani Commerical Court has ordered that the respondent’s video, and social media post posted on her YouTube channel titled My untold story, Willy Paul attempted to rape me, be pulled down pending the hearing and determination of this suit as it is prejudicing the applicant and making him lose business opportunities, and also suffer healthwise,” the court documents read in part.

Pozze took to Instagram to share the news, stating that he is happy as justice will finally be served to prove his innocence, lamenting that the video had left him fighting untold sufferations.

“The accusations labeled against me have caused me untold suffering, financial loss, and my dignity as a father, the politics in the industry are dirty, and it hurts me because it’s from people I regarded as a family. I do not wish to say Further, the Innocent cry to God and He surely listens.” He wrote.

Addressing Diana, he said that she should follow the court order and delete the video with immediate effect.

“Pull down the defamatory videos and posts!! Truth Sun and the Moon can never be hidden Long. If you spend your time hoping someone will suffer the consequences for what they did to your heart, then you’re allowing them to hurt you a second time in your mind.”

This is not the first time the singer has taken to the courts after allegations of sexual misconduct. Pozze had gone to court after Miss P accused him of sexual assault when she started having studio sessions with him. This led to a bitter fall-out, and Miss P proceeded to quit her stay at Saldido International Records.
