Cabinet Secretary (CS) Defense, Eugene Wamalwa, cuts ribbon to officially commission Kisii Banana Processing Factory in Kisii County, Tuesday, March 29, 2022. The factory project had been co-founded by European Union and the Kisii County Government at a cost Sh.158 million under Instruments for Devolution Advice and Support (IDEAS) program.
