Diamond Platnumz fires at Forbes for underestimating his wealth

Diamond Platnumz has hurled insults at Forbes Magazine for not placing his name on top of the list of wealthiest musicians in Africa.

He challenged the magazine to do a proper research on his wealth status.

“FORBES: next time google me to know what am really worth of, before putting me on your Stupid Richest African Musicians List!!!” Diamond ranted on his Instagram page.

In the list that went viral on social media early this month, the Tanzanian star had been ranked at number 28, with a networth of $5.1 Million.

This list has not only been disputed by Diamond, but also other singers and stakeholders in the music industry.

The authenticity of the alleged Forbes list is questionable as it places Kenya’s Akothee on top of Diamond Platnumz.

For Akothee, it was a celebration to be named as the richest musician in East Africa this month.
