Many of her fans felt that the statement was not complete. They were eager to know why she was calling it day or her next move.

With no answer yet, this is fuelling a buzz on social media networks.

Some netizens claim that she left after been told to market ODM leader Raila Odinga in her show.

The station is owned by President Uhuru Kenyatta and lately some its presenters have been called out by the listeners for promoting the Azimio la Umoja presidential candidate.

“My friend Muthoni Wa kirumba has resigned from Kameme FM due to biases in politics. Her Boss Gatonye Wa Mbugua has been forcing them to market Azimio in their show but she stood firm and decided to protect her professionalism,” Hellen Njeri claimed.
