DP Ruto covertly send MP Koech ‘Sonko’ to Mt Kenya for a ‘Special OPs’

Deputy President William Ruto is not leaving anything to chances in his quest to succeed President Uhuru Kenyatta in 2022. The DP is now looking at National Polls and Survey and how he can stay ahead of the pack by having polls with favorable opinions over his candidature.

Our mole intimates to this writer, Belgut MP Nelson Koech is poised to lead a special team of surveyors, political scientists, and researchers that will be conducting National surveys on Ruto’s candidature.

Information gathered from this activity will not only be used to design the DP’s campaign message but also influence the country’s Opinion polls in his favor.

“Nelson Koech is poised to lead a special poll team that will be conducting National Surveys as part of a wider 2022 Political Strategy” the source confided to Reactor Review.

This special poll team has been directed by DP Ruto to ensure in their data and results they intend to relay to the public, portraying the DP as having an upper hand in the Mt Kenya region.

To weave a narrative of being more popular than President Kenyatta.

“The focus region is Mt Kenya and they want to demonstrate that Ruto has majority support in Mt Kenya and other regions”.

Koech, who holds a Certificate in International Relations from the Lewis Ham College in the UK, and a Diploma in Paralegal Studies floated the pollster idea to the DP several times before it was finally approved.

Sonko, the businessman said to have interest in real estate, is married to Yvonne Chepkurui Kones, the second-born daughter of the late Kipkalya Kones.

Judging from his recent and past family photos on social media, Sonko seems to have started eating life with a big spoon long before his political ambition.

He is said to have studied with his wife (now a road contractor) in the United Kingdom before she jetted back home. Initially, Sonko served as United Republic Party (URP) coordinator in Kericho, DP Ruto’s party that has since folded and joined Jubilee Party
