How to deal with symptoms of trauma at work

  • Be willing to seek social support or professional help such as seeing a counselor
  • Take a break, go for leave and focus on yourself for a while. Relax.
  • Learn how to communicate better especially with family
  • Create more time to spend with family
  • Educate yourself more on trauma awareness and management
  • Exercise regularly
  • Take some time and meditate
  • Learn more about personal life stress control
