Finally! YouTuber Murugi Munyi Excited Over Massive Weight Loss

Popular content creator Joan Murugi Munyi, alias Yummy Mummy, is happy with herself.

This is after she attained what many women, especially mothers, often struggle for.

The top YouTuber has managed to record a massive weight loss in a year-and-a-half.

Although the journey is not over yet, she is so happy about the progress so far.

“Size 20 to a size 14. Aiming for a size 10! We are past halfway. This is 1.5 years of change, ” she penned down.

She confessed that the journey had been slow but worth the patience and diligence.

“It is slow and gruelling. Sometimes I go months feeling like there’s no change. But there IS change, even if you can’t see it every day. One small step every day will get us to where we want to be.” she added

The mother of three has learned a lot from this.

“These days I’m so conscious that every small decision I make throughout my day will either get me closer or further away from my goals. And I want each day to count! ” she revealed

“Ask yourself before you do anything – is this getting me closer to my goals? Or is it going to make me have to work extra hard to reach them? Then make your decisions based on that. At work, at mealtime, at the gym, with your family… everywhere.” she posed a challenge

Murugi was in the limelight not long ago when social media users noticed she was no longer wearing her wedding ring.

She had also stopped posting her husband on her various platforms, making fans believe all was not well in Munyis household.

However, content creator said in a past interview that she has made her decision to permanently keep her husband, Zack Munyi, off social media.

She said it was a mutual agreement.

“I deleted every photo of him on my page and people thought we had broken up. It was just a decision we made.”

Speaking in a recent TV interview, she acknowledged that all was not well in her marriage but said couple “therapy has helped fix the crack”.

She recommended the same therapy for other couples in similar situations.

“We both have very different approaches to conflict. I am an extremely confrontational person but he will just not say anything,” she said.
