FOUR CHARGED WITH STEALING FROM EMPLOYER.

Four employees of Palbina travel limited have been charged with stealing Sh2.5 million from their employer.

John Mkoji Mganga, Cornelius Shakwila Mmakwa, Victor Sakwa Olunga, Elias Maina Wairimu appeared before Milimani Senior Principal Magistrate Jane Kamau and denied the charges. 

The four are alleged to have committed the offence on diverse dates between September 1, 2020 and July 30, 2021 at the company’s offices in Nairobi.

The court heard that the money got into their hands by virtue of their employment. The four are also charged with conspiracy to steal.

They were released on a bond of Sh300, 000 or cash bail of Sh200, 000 and surety.
