Ordinarily, Citizen TV senior political affairs reporter Stephen Letoo likes engaging his online fans, especially on Facebook.

But today, 22nd June, some of his Facebook followers feel like he has lost control of his account.

Since afternoon, the page has been sharing frequent controversial messages.

Some argue that a reputable journalist like Letoo cannot utilise his time to upload such content.

One of the message reads: “No matter how humble a crocodile is it will never be a lizard.”

Another one goes: “No matter how one adores Arimis, he will always admire the opposite gender.”

Some posts have used vulgar language.

One of his senior colleagues at Citizen TV, Fayzah Wanjiru, has doubted if the reporter is the one sharing the posts.

When she raised alarm in one of the posts that has words seen as demeaning women, a reply purportedly from Letoo read: “It’s me, I’m just sharing the last wisdom I got from my late grand mum.”

Lately, hackers have been targeting social media pages for celebrities and using them to share crazy stuff.
