The men noticed 89-year-old Rose Griest and her 100-year-old husband were struggling to get into their car at a petrol station in Florida, US.
They immediately stepped in and helped to hold Rose who was much weaker than her husband by supporting her from the wheelchair into a vehicle.
A police officer, Kanesha Carnegie, recorded the emotional moment, shared it on Facebook and it instantly went viral.
She said:
“I look over and three men were assisting the couple. It was a beautiful thing to see. I know these men from the neighbourhood and I wanted them to have that moment to show who they really are.”
As the world is experiencing difficult times following the COVID-19 outbreak, the dog joined the list of those helping the needy.
The canine named Sunny was reported to deliver groceries to sick neighbours who were in quarantine due to the coronavirus.
Renee Hellman, who Sunny delivered the groceries to, had a chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and other medical conditions which make her vulnerable to COVID-19.
Since she could not go outside to buy groceries, her neighbour Karen, and her dog decided to help her out.
Karen trained Sunny to get the list from Renee every day and take the items to her every night.
