Comedian Kendrick Mulamwah’s ex-lover, Carrol Sonnie, has confessed that she wanted to give birth through Caesarean section (CS), a safe obstetric surgical procedure that contributes to reducing maternal and perinatal mortality and morbidity, rather than natural birth.
However, she says that the doctor protested her preference.
“I had opted for CS as I was scared of giving birth naturally, but the doctor turned down the request asking if I was crazy.
My labor pains were not so serious. I wanted a boy so badly, I was obsessed with that idea. Having the nurses insert their fingers on you to check for dilation is so uncomfortable.
I wish there was another way to measure how close the baby is. That made me say I would never give birth again.” She said on her YouTube channel.
Her confession comes months after socialite Vera Sidika gave birth to Princess Asia Brown through CS and said that she opted for the surgical procedure since she perceive natural birth as painful.
Sonie, a mother of one, is now living alone with their daughter after their relationship hit a snag with the gagster.
