IEBC asks politicians to step in and mobilize the public to register

The Independent Electoral and Boundaries commission is urging the political class to mobilize the public to register as voters in their respective counties. Garissa IEBC election manager Hussein Gurre says the county is witnessing low voter turn out and politicians can play a vital role in reversing this. The second phase of enhanced mass voter registration ends on 6th February 2022.
