Chief Justice Martha Koome has launched the decentralisation of operations of the Political Parties Disputes Tribunal (PPDT) in seven counties. The CJ says the Judiciary will leverage technology for efficient delivery of justice by the Political Parties Disputes Tribunal, through the e-filling system. Before this development, all political parties’ disputes were filed in Nairobi.
