Juliani is Smiling: Mutua Loses a Lot of Money to Ex-wife Lilian Nganga

The property dispute pitting Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua against his former spouse Lilian Nganga has been decided, with the county boss suffering a major blow.

Following Lilian’s complaint last year, the Registrar of Companies has revoked Mutua’s fraudulent transfer of her shares worth millions of shillings to his sister Ann Mbandi Mutua.

“After my complaint in November 2021, the Registrar of Companies reversed Alfred’s fraudulent transfer of my 1800 shares to his sister Ann via lawyer BM Musau on 06.05.2022. The hotel business will be split 50/50,” Lilian revealed.

“This is to notify the public that, following a thorough investigation into the transfer of the 1800 shares, the Registrar of Companies found merit in Ms Ng’ang’a’s complaint on 6/5/2022, and has reversed the entry in the company and the fraudulent transfer of the 1800 shares,” Lilian’s documents stated.

The two were the owners of Ndash Enterprise Limited, which manages the A&L Hotel in Machakos.

Lilian alleged through her lawyer in November of last year that Mutua had asked her to return all of the property and money he had given her or made accessible to her.

“He has asked that I reimburse every money he has ever given me or made available for my use through his lawyers,” Lilian claimed.

Lilian further stated that the governor had confiscated her personal vehicle and sold it to another party in this regard. Mutua had stormed her home in Kileleshwa without her permission.

“Without my knowledge or agreement, he drove away from my personal motor vehicle and proceeded to fraudulently transfer ownership of the car in the logbook into his name, and then sold the vehicle to a third party,” she stated.

Lilian and Mutua parted ways in August 2021.

A few weeks later, she was engaged to popular rapper Julius Owino aka Juliani.

In February this year, Juliani and Lilian solemnised their union in a white wedding.

She is currently pregnant with Juliani’s child.

For the tens years she stayed with Mutua, they did not have a child.

Juliani is one lucky guy as he only attracts Rick girls and in most cases it is the ladies who make the first move.
