KCSE results to be out in two weeks

The Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education Examination results will be out in two weeks.

The exam which ended Friday after three weeks registered 50 cases of exam malpractice.

Education CS Prof George Magoha says stern action will be taken against those who engaged in exam malpractice.

After three weeks of a rigorous examination time table, the over 800,000 candidates in the 10,413 examination centres have finally concluded the examination task.

Marking of the exam scripts is expected to begin on Monday.

Though the CS claims there was no exam leakage, there were 50 recorded cases of malpractices which included early exposure and sneaking of mobile phones.

Magoha warned that stern action will be taken against the perpetrators of the said malpractices.

Magoha thanked the multi-agency team that oversaw the successful delivery of the examination.
