Deputy President William Ruto says the 1.5 million vulnerable person in Kenya will be receiving their monthly stipends at the end of every month like any other government employee should he be elected President. Ruto who led Kenya Kwanza campaigns in Kirinyaga says the elderly and vulnerable are exposed to hardships by the current delayed disbursements.
