The tutor, David Ogeisia Migosi, who was nabbed in Likuyani had been on the police radar following reports that linked him to disappearance of 12 vehicles in total.
Police said Migosi, a teacher at St. Columbans Secondary School was the actual mastermind in the car thef and was in possession of 17 fake logbooks when he was finally captured on Saturday, July 4.
Upon interrogations, officers proceeded to his hideout where two other accomplices; 38-year-old Asman Memba Bakari and Jeremiah Yego Kiptoo, 34, were also arrested.
During the raid, at least seven vehicles, suspected fake registration number plates, chassis number stickers, sale agreements, check book and dismantled number plates were found.
