KPLC Announces Planned Power Interruption in Four Counties

Kenya Power and Lighting Company (KPLC) has announced scheduled power interruptions in some parts of the country to allow for maintenance.

In a statement, KPLC noted that the power outage has been scheduled for Tuesday, 15th February in some four counties.

The affected counties are Nairobi, Nyeri, Siaya and Kwale.

Nairobi County

Area: Makadara, Part of Buruburu. Time: 9.00 am – 5.00 pm Naivas Buruburu, Makadara Law Courts, Jogoo Rd Police, Barclays Bank Jogoo Rd, Buruburu Ph 5, Uhuru Mkt, Part of Jogoo Rd, Mbotela, Posta and adjacent customers.

Area: Part of Joska: Time: 9.00 am – 5.00 pm Brook Shine Schs, Athi Pri, Kwa Pilot and adjacent customers.

Area: Part of Naivasha Road. Time: 9.00 am – 5.00 pm Part of Naivasha Rd, Melchizedek Hosp, Part of Riara Rd, Riara Close, Kingara Close, Mbaazi Close, Part of Mbaazi Ave, Merlin Court, Geco Car Wash, Part of Gitanga Rd, EBRU TV, Whole of Hatheru Rd, Part of Amboseli Rd, Mid Hill Hospital Kawangware, MAC Apts, Part of Dagoretti Corner, Wanyee Rd, Suna Est, Rusinga and Braeburn Schs, Kawangware Pri, Kinyanjui Rd, Nyakinywa Rd, Part of Kabiria Rd and adjacent customers.
